The objective of this project is to identify materials and methodologies (DVD and related website) fort the teaching and self teaching of English to trade SMEs employees.
With technological support of the employer, they must pass from level A2 to B2 of the European Framework for Languages.
The materials and methodology must be flexible, personalised, transferable(other users, topics, levels and languages), designed for professional roles; co-sponsored by the e employer and aimed at the cross-cultural aspects of communication.
These materials and methodology must be compatible with SMEs technology in order to guarantee the widest possible benefit from the training and so that the companies become true “learning organisations.
